London, UK – June 2025 – The Commonwealth has officially opened applications for the second cohort of the Commonwealth Startup Fellowship (CSF), a six-month programme designed to ignite and scale high-potential startups from low- and middle-income countries across the Commonwealth.
Running from 15 November 2025 to May 2026, the programme offers a fully funded two-week bootcamp in Accra, Ghana, followed by intensive online coaching, mentorship, and peer support. Participating teams also stand a chance to secure up to £2,000 in equity-free grant funding from the £35,000 Fellows Fund to support business development and innovation.
Interested founders must apply between 2 June and 30 June 2025. The fellowship targets startups with at least six months of development, a viable product or service, and evidence of customer engagement. Selected founders will also attend a prestigious Capstone event in London, UK, where they will pitch to investors and industry leaders.
“This programme is a unique opportunity to gain global exposure, practical skills, and targeted support to take your startup to the next level,” the Commonwealth Foundation stated.
